Yeah. You got all the endings (missed one but if you got chapter 7, then just forget it). And also you miss somethings important in the game. :) (the thing between a lady and a horse). That would explain some few things. And I watched your Let's Play videos about this game, the guy in happy ending (last scene) is Linh - the diary writer.

I've checked it. It's still okay.
Maybe you should turn off the game and re-play (in "New game") it. I think that could fix the problem.
