Nevermind found the solution. I started the game with the Cry of Fear shortcut and it worked fine.

I hope there gonna be a patch to cry of fear. I am stuck on the construct site. When i progress after unlocking the room i need the key I get a fatal error Ad_ Alloc:no free edicts. Plz respond to this i really dont want to quit playing this amazing game.
