Now i know that guest commends are offline.
I always am a fun of his mod, but since that day he uploaded those images, it means that they are upcoming mobs in this mod, since then i we were with great agony to get those creatures in our gameplay of skyrim and we got disappointed because those creatures "which are legends from epic movies" now are not in the mod, but did not say that the author did not make long and hard work, of course he did and we respect that, but why not those creatures in?
So those images of new Balrog and Alien Queen means absolute nothing and they are uploaded only to make people believing that those mobs are in the mod.
You know, i would donate for just those mobs, but since those images are a lie then we have no reason to play that mod, rate it and pay it!
Thanks for letting us waiting so long with great agony for nothing.
Edit, i just downloaded the v13 from steam and checked for meshes/textures from mobs of the images you showed us here, but there is no alien queen and new balrog!
We were waiting for those new mobs in v13 and they are not in!

And give the permission to an other expert, so he can continue your job.
Or at least, anybody who have this knowledge and programs that can create monsters for skyrim, please create that Balrog everyone is waiting for!

Excuse me, but i do not think that in ReadMe is the description we need.
First of all, is see only how the functions of the time machine are working and which models do we have, ok, its good to know this info, but the most important is missing:
*How do we start this mod.
*Where can we find those cars.
*If there are bugs/issues, they are:...
*Any incompatibilities with other mods.
*Cheat Codes to use in phone for spawning those cars.
*Please let us know your mod before we use it!

I did it few times, but still there is that problem.
Well, now i see that in description says:
"Below is a guide for people installing the mod under Windows Vista/Windows 7", i have Windows 8.1, could that be the problem?
Is there a way to fix the audext.exe and audimp.exe?
Now i installed it separately from game's location, so i can copy and replace the mod's files, but during the installation, your installer destroyed two audio files, audext.exe and audimp.exe, which causes in game to have no SFX sounds, also after loading the game is crashing.
Please check it out, make your mod compatible with Grand Theft Auto Vice City steam version please!
I have a serious issue, i can't install the mod!
I do the same steps from video, but only the Install Directory is different, i set this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto Vice City
because the game is installed through steam, so when i set it, i click next and nothing, the installer just crashes, no back, no next, no close, nothing works, i can only close the installer through Task Manager.
If you did this not for steam version, i beg you, do it, because i do not know how else to use that mod, please help!

Hi, in the esp i can't find the npc "Actor" Stone Giant, i want to change the name for in-game, 'only for personal use', how is named the Stone Giant's Editor ID?
By the way, would be much easier if you could create an installer. ;)
An installer that will make those things automaticly and the only thing we will make is to click "Next", select the game installation path, click "Install" and when the installation progress is 100% complete, then we will click "Close".
I did it and clicked "Apply" before "OK", but still is happening, then i checked the Properties again and the "Read Only" box is still enabled! 00
I try again and again, but the the "Read Only" still stays enabled, i don't understand it, any idea why?

I get an issue on the step:

When i drag the Game in the Pak0.lp, the WinRar get an error:
