1. In the Felicty video, it looked like the weapon damage was much higher than in the original Perfect Dark, and more like Counter-strike or something. Is this something your are still working on, or is it final?

2. Will the final version have the blurry effect for punches, knives, etc? If so, what will you be using for this effect?

3. Will you be recreating the PD single-player campaign? I know that would take a lot of time and effort, but do you have plans for it in the distant future? I, for one, would love to see it, and I own the N64 version (and have done everything there is to be done in it), so I could help you out with it if needed.

4. Will crouching/aiming/jumping work the same as in the original?

Thanks in advance, and keep up the good work; the mod looks great!

Looks amazing, and the water adds a nice touch (as long as it's not too deep), though I'm concerned that the ramp leading up to the next level will eliminate the need for stairwell usage, which was a key aspect of the original map.

By "Grid Hall", do you mean the original 'Grid' multiplayer map? If so, you're on the wrong track; this looks nothing like it, at all. If you meant something else, just ignore this comment and keep up the good work.

Very nice, though she looks a little weird with long hair...

Sure has come a long way from the pixelated brown boxes we depended on in the original...

Question: Will the ammo for different guns have different models?

Puts today's modernized graphics capability to good use, while still keeping to the feel of the original. Brilliant!

Amazing. I was never a huge fan of the Magsecs in the original game, but I'll be damned if these models don't convince me to give 'em a second chance!

First, let me make it known that Perfect Dark is my favorite game of all time. It's the first game that I was really good at, and it's what got me hooked on First-Person Shooters, which are now my main area of expertise. I played it every second I could, and introduced it to many of my friends as well. Even as the N64 started to slowly take the back seat to the next-gen consoles, I continued to battle it out alone with the DarkSims night after night, but after a while I realized that I had to move on, and that's what I did.

I got into everything - Unreal, Half-Life, Counterstrike, Quake, you name it, I owned it (pun intended). I'd heard about Perfect Dark Zero, but the previews were a disgrace to the orginal I once knew and loved, and I had no desire to go back to console gaming, either. It seemed that Perfect Dark would forever be a thing of the past, and I truly believed that until a few days ago, when I was browsing around in the HL2 mods database, and something caught my eye. Of course, it was the very mod I'm commenting on at the moment, and it inspired in me new hope.

From the moment I first laid eyes on this mod, I knew it was going to be great, and the media released only confirms this. Everything looks and sounds stunning, and true to the feel of the original. I can't wait for the release to finally come, and of course I'll help in any way possible if needed.

Sorry for the long reply, but I just wanted you guys to know that this mod means a lot to me, not only as a HL2 gamer, but on a personal level as well. Thanks, and keep up the great work!
