I am sorry if this is a stupid question but, is there a timetable for release. This is my favorite mod of all time and I am so excited to play these changes!

Hey I am a qualified beta tester candidate and would love to be a part of this big update of the mod I love so much. As a WWI nut, the Teching is specifically something I was thought could have used some balancing/pace of play improvements and would be honored to assist you and the rest of the team with getting this thing ready to publish.
