Description
The location of the green dragon is just under the bridge ( 1st part of it ) When you getting closer to Bridge stay on the Right side ( there may be Some bloodscuker's but it depend's ( Best way is go there in day time ..

Yes it's location has now changed to Shop after you Process more in the game
Wrong version man. Green dragon can be bought from bone setter now. All you find there is bad ammo.
