Yeah I think the problem is the Alpha HUD.

Ok I fix the lag, need to turn of soft shadow and HDR, anyway the game is unplayable its crashes at some point, opening up PDA and picking up PDA. HUD is also missing.

Hi I downloaded the mod. It works but its lagging as hell (30-15 fps), dunno whats the cause im using Nvidia GTX760
