Great mod, love the atmosphere and everything. Some sieges are a bit weird where the defending garrison isn't in their castle but instead camps in an unfair position on the outside terrain. Other than that this is most likely the best Warband mod of the year.

I can't leave a battle once I have been defeated, any known fixes?

It'd be sick if lets say you've made a faction and are at war against for example the riverlands and you are winning. If you begin to crush the other faction Vassals of that faction might be willing to swear oathes to you and take vassalage in your faction.
