This game isn't working for me, whenever I play the character behaves as if I'm holding down the left arrow key. No other program does this. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I have already tried unplugging all peripherals, verifying the game and restarting the computer.

My system is Windows 7 64-bit HP Pavilion G62.
