Can I change the amount of bots? It's always 16 bits whenever I play it

Why didn't I found a few vehicles and weapons that is included in this mod, such as the ah-64 apache, harrier, shilka, bm-21,and for the weapons I didn't find a scar, pkp, and few others, is there any explanation for that please?
