hey i have a problem makin the shortcut "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\company of heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -dev -nomovies -mod EuropeanTheater1944 i put the shortcut to there and it doesnt say there is a error but it wont start

hey i was downloading this mod i opened the files moved them into the right folders and everything moved my coh stuff to the right folder i got it on steam i tried to make the short cut i typed it word for word can any body help
