Could someone please give me a direct link to the download? I have problems accesing the Paradox Forums (It tells me that my account might have been banned, or disactivated and I don't know why :C )

There is a Japan-based country in the Warhammer lore, Nippon. There is also Kitai, and some other small nations. It's a pretty big world, acctually.
