Yeah, I like playing games. Already started with the first C&C when I was just 5 years old together with my big brother, being 10 years older than I am :D good ol' times. In the moddb community I am mostly doing logos and pictures for fun and for the Tiberium-Essence-Fans-group (TEF) and furthermore working on several maps. The only problem I have that I always run out of creativity and desire to finish the map in the middle of the process. Gotta work on that ^^ What I do for a living: I am studying medicine

Because many people have problems with it, I'm posting this comment on TE as a blog:
did you/steam download the newest patch?
do you have a "mods"-folder in the directory of C&C or inside your documents? if yes you have to make there a new folder called whatever you want but i would go for "Tiberium Essence" ^^ and then you put inside this all data from the download and then start the C&C-startup center, if you don't know how to or if you don't have a shortcut for it I think you can modify your steam shortcut. just right click on it (in the steam menu) click "properties" and then "start up options" or "starting options" or "start options", something like this and enter "-ui" and click ok,i think then it would work
