You need to create an account in game, but the servers where unreachable. That is the reason you couldn't register.

Currently you should be able to connect again.

We can't give an ETA because we're both still studying and this is a side project.

TANK@WAR is developed in C++
At the moment we're not planning to make TANK@WAR open source.
