I am a Chinese living in Singapore(go check it on google maps). I love to play games.Currently studying. I love God. i don't like it when games put nudity for no reason or anything that may be offensive for that matter. I love playing more than developing games. I know zilch about developing games. I don't like to play MMOs because they can steal your life easily.I love to talk about games but I try to avoid conflict when discussing things.I don't like fanboyism, but I can understand why it happens and I pray to never get stuck in it( If i were, i am probably a PC fanboy). I love mods for what they are able to do to games that I would never take a second look at. May god bless whoever is reading this. Peace.

Sometimes, we may be buying games in those special collections, like command and conquer the first decade or the orange box and maybe the atari collection or stuff like that. There are also gold editions of games that have expansion packs in them. For instance,The Sims collection with all the expansions for The Sims series. If we count these expansions in as well, it may not be too difficult to increase your game count.

Not being in a place that has video game rentals or used-games stores,my alternative is to buy on the cheap be it through online shopping or scouring on store shelves.I do own a few poor quality games, but what i have in my cabinet sounds like a game's magazine's list of top games(sorry if i sound like i am boasting).I do own most of the games that pc gamer mag has in 'the big game hunt' feature. Granted, with that kind of library, it would take a lot for me to replay some games and I am guilty of not completing all the games in my cabinet too:( I should stop buying on impulse.Pardon me, but what does it mean to play superficially?

Thanks to Ikea, the storage solution, it is possible to pack that many games into 1 house. I should start giving games to my younger cousins soon. Actually, when you think about most games, I have them in those dvd casings(at least that's how they are published here), then with most EA published games and the like, those with dvd roms or multiple discs will have casings the size of 2 DVD casings. If you arrange them all neatly, you can put a lot of games in one cabinet(finding one for replay would be a bummer though). I do have the few oddsized ones like max payne 2 or those that come in a huge A4 sized box? most of the games distributed in China are like that and some crazy game distributors do that also.they don't think about saving trees when they put just envelopes(for discs) and a manual into one of those oversized boxes that take up a lot of shelfspace.

well, that would be me being nuts as i think i have more than 250+ games on PC. I don't really know how to describe it but I have like maybe 4 cabinets worth of games? I travel quite frequently and I will buy games that I see are cheaper and worth buying whilst I am overseas. Well, last year, I was in Britain and I bought like 20+games in one go. If you go to China, their original games(EA, Ubisoft) are like 69-75 yuan while classics like farcry retail at 15 yuan. While you have to work with an installation in chinese, most games retailed have English content. They work, so I almost bring a luggage full back everytime. When my parents tried to build storage cabinets and we were moving them they were like "look at the money we would have saved and how many games have you got?" I am sorry for buying so much but I just can't get enough of PC gaming. Oh, I don't do any mmo though, no WOW or anything like that. Mostly, I play SP but recently with a faster broadband and a higher end PC, I am starting to buy multiplayer shooters like TF2, L4D and BF2142 as well...

This feature is great! Reminds me which mods to download and look out for. Great work Guys! I hope that perhaps the gameplay videos could be extended to show some cool, unique features in the mod?

It doesn't have to be badass talk. It could be some little comments or a sigh of relief when you take out a helicopter, tank,e.t.c. makes the character feel more alive and real. Unless it was Master Chief in Halo and he is superhuman so I guess it would be weird for him to talk like in the "arby and the chief" series created by digitalph33r( check it out on youtube if you haven't seen it, real funny."

randylai_91 - - 10 comments @ Which is the best game feature/ability?

Stubbs the zombies did have some nice features too. bullet time is cool though it may get old once you do it too much. i think people like bullet time because sometimes we wish to be able to slow down time ourselves. bullet time in max payne is cool as it allows us to see the game physics in slow motion.

randylai_91 - - 10 comments @ When buying games, does the ability to mod or add user-generated content factor into your purchasing decision?

Mods are like a sort of bonus for us. Games that we buy provide more bang for the buck if they come with a huge assortment of high quality mods, such as those described by the other posters like DC, counterstrike... They even encourage game developers to produce higher quality games in the future since they know that even "non professional" modders can churn out mods that can compete with some good games bought off the shelf.

I like this mod and I am downloading the demo right now! I think that this will be a great mod for all Max Payne fans to enjoy. Kudos to the development team and keep cranking out these high quality mods!

Sorry, I downloaded the mod(.rar file) but I can't find the mod in the customised game list. I have Max Payne 2 version 1.01. Thanks.
