If it is possible, this is a change you might want to try making work:
Women and Dorne.
Let's face it, Dornish law and tradition makes no difference in men and women in terms of nobility, property, or for that matter anything else. It's pretty clear in the books that warrior maidens is a common, if not numerically equal, counterpart to other soldiers, and it would be purdy sweet for this to become a factor in the game somehow. Maybe a female Dornish mercenary unit, recruitable and faction-conforming the same way as those groups of mercenary levies you can hire in taverns? Would be a good way to reflect the willful nature of such women as choose to take up soldiering - to find them in recruitable groups in taverns.
