Or who else is responsible for the silent take down of Enemyterritory.com !From yesterday, Wednesday 6th January, the players are redirected to And Quake Wars site on Activision.com which totally lacks the quality of the former site. Forums as well as news blogs and most terrifying, the stats are completely missing. Activision took down the old site without any hint, notice, or warning.I hope Ill find a good alternative stats site soon for ET: QW, because the way it is now it really sucks.The year is just 2 years and some month old and the official site is already taken down ?How dare Activision, do they really think they can do this to us gamers w/o any reply from us ?With the fucked up MW2 and now this I really dont know if I can stand that enterprises customer policy anymore, I'm not sure if there will be any future title of my interest or if I want to buy from them ever anything again.
Last Month, I came across those guys, their work is awesome ! However, since I havent found any details or news regarding their upcoming mod "District 9 Project" for Half-Life 2 on Moddb.com, I assume they aren't here yet. It always surprises me how a single idea of a map or a mod turns into a full retail game very quick as soon as Game Devs realize the potential. Although officially announced by the developers, an 1.50 update for BF 2 never came in the winter 2008 as promised . Instead, in late spring 2009 suddenly a 1.50 beta 1 and 2 weeks later a beta 2 appeared out of nowhere, marking an end to the long wait for the update only to be halted again for months. Yesterday, finally, the Update 1.50 Beta 3 for Battlefield 2 has been officially announced to be delivered today. Lets see if DICE stays on course this time !Source: Twitter.com

Nvidia surprises us with another set of drivers which support GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, and 200-series desktop GPUs.This time, it includes the fully working OpenGl 3.0. The Nvidia PhysX included within the driver is now version 9.09.0203., and Nvidia CUDA come as always with the driver.
