I am trying to install, but I get "can't find the files for check" error, can anyone help?

So, I've completed the game (again), and I'd like to offer big, big thanks to the developers for this excellent mod.

I've got a question though: Are there any (more) hidden gems in freeplay? I've done the 3 clues quest back at the Cordon, then the 3 medpack "lottery" at the entry to Garbage, then the talking Controller/trader and the bloodsucker that pretends to be a Stalker in Mil Warehouses.

So my question is, are the more hidden gems like that that I've missed?

What happens when you do? Do you get a crash or something? (I never had that problem)

It has been mentioned before a few times, you die in the mines if you killed the Sin guys back in Cordon. In this case, you have to go back to that save and play again from there without killing them.

Yes, both folders as instructed. (Regarding CoP modding, I've installed Misery on a separate install and it works perfectly).

I've downloaded the mod, new screen in menu and everything, but when I try to start a new game, I get a crash to desktop after loading is 100% complete and the game is supposed to start. Any tips?

I'm on 03, I've never completed the game on earlier patches. Did you do the all the Sin quests? I did, never had the problem you mention. Maybe the developers could help?

ps. I also always did all the sidequests I could get...

In this game the hands are always the same, there was some major bug so the changed view was eliminated IIRC.

Hmmm, weird, I've completed the game twice, never had this issue. Maybe try not approaching the bunker till you complete another major quest?

Hey there, saving and restarting helped me with the Duty quest in CNPP, blowing up the Monolith BTR. Talking with Duty Leader just didn't show the proper dialogue when I tried to report the success, but after a restart it was OK. That was the only such case that I've found though.

Riiight, I have a question about the plot - is the Doc working with the Monolyth? (Or whatever shadow cabal...) Because, amond the messages I have recovered on my PDA, in the mailbox there is this particular message:
"You have your orders doc, meet subject 0 at the swamp and convince him to follow his path, the enlightened bless you."

Weird, when I skip maps, the other map has no emission at all.

It is drivable, I drive it all over the place - you just have to turn at very low speed. ;)

Oh, and one more thing, though a minor issue - having completed the Lost Factory quest, as I appeared in the Countryside, the soldiers gave me the usual "stay on the road" thing, which I did (I was driving on it after all), and they still attacked me and were hostile ever since.

Hello there, I'd like to report a bug - once one gets from Pripyat Underground into Pripyat proper, the game crashes (the no dialogue to display error) when trying to help out a wounded soldier on the ground with a medkit.

Otherwise excellent work guys, the mod has really brought STALKER back to life. :)

(Though, a minor issue, some of the upgrades, esp. on higher end items, make little to no sense, change no item stats or have no description...)
