Looks very interesting, but one question, how you are going to do the map? because if its going to HUUUUGE, will it lag up the game? or is it split up somehow? and ya, im mapper, actually not experienced in any mods or like that but i could do something if interested.

oh, almost forgot, those things what you listed up there, i think thats really too much for a start, you should start from basics first, like having police,gangwar,houses,shops,banks and robbing and after those go forward and tweak and fix things
