Is this the final "Skeletal" structure of the characters or will the final be less boxy? (Wondering for promotional art design)

Are you just designing guns for the game or will you be utilizing hand to hand combat weapons? Also, will the character design scheme follow the boxy representations similar to the call of mini or like cartoony games?
