With the help of Demarest and Samutz, we now have the LOD DFF's removed. There are no invisible trees, PERIOD. Before, until you were about 4 car lengths away from the trees, the invisible trees would dissapear.
The deleted LOD's now cause the game to not even load the invisible trees. I found this to improve Video Card speed, and to increase visibility.
Question : Why is the download link not working? When will the download link work.
Answer : It isn't working because my server went through some trouble and threw all user's files off of the site. I'm not going to re-upload it because it was a beta version with many problems in it. It will be working when I get the next release up. Shouldn't be any longer than 1-2 months or so.

If you are having a problem with the mod, and everytime you try to install it, the game says that it cannot locate the TXD.IMG file, read this brief message.
Run your GTA3 game 1 time.
Start a new game, or load a game.
Play the game for about 2 minutes.
Close out.
Install the mod again

This car is no longer in Liberty Madness, becuase it was too hi-poly. That means it would lag your game too much. There may still be a chance it be in the mod, if I cant find a better car.
Has this mod been discontinued? No updates in 5 months....maybe you forgot about it....

The "tyres" arent shiny, it just looks that way to you in the picture, I guess. It isnt that shiny of a model, come to think of it. I just added the new Audi Quattro Tuning to my game. Picture is soon to come. Thanks for the feedback. :)

Thanks for the good feedback, and make sure to download the latest beta if you want this car. (Note : It isnt availible currently, still in the pre-test phase) But anywho, Im going to change the interior to black, and see how that looks, maybe tweak other things, also.

this sounds like a pretty good mod. but nothing to put on moddb. No offense, but almost all the mods for gta3 on here are total conversions. this is somehting that deserves to be on fileplanet, or gta3hq, or codenamegta3. It sounds like a great mod though. Good Luck!
I just went to Magenheimer.com and thanks to that site, my GTA3 game now runs perfectly, with the help of a no cd crack. Remember, if you have bought you GTA3 game, then it is perfectly legal to have one. If you want to know how to change your game, so you never have to use the CD again, read below. Its my mini tutorial
1.) First, insert the GTA3 disc #2 (it's called 'Play')
2.) next, open the disc in my computer, (its called GTA3_audio) and highlight the whole entire contents of it.
3.) right click somewhere, and select copy
4.) browse to your GTA3 directory, right click somewhere, and select paste
5.) Overwrite all files
6.) go here and download that file. If you cannot open the file, you need WinRAR, which you can get here
7.) next open the gta3fix.ace file, put the GTA3.exe file i nyour main gta3 directory, and replace the original.
8.) If you have windows XP, and the game still asks for the second CD, read on...
9.) right click GTA3.exe
10.) click on the Compatibility tab
11.) make sure that only 'disable visual themes' is selected
12.) click apply
13.) click OK
14.) enjoy your game
REMEMBER, IN NO WAY DO I PROMOTE THE USE OF A NO CD CRACK
