WHat is the program your using to create 3d character models im really trying hard to find one but i can could you please help me?

idk how make a new hair model so if someone could help me with that i will gladly make VERY good models < i have a few ideas i really wanna try but dont know how to make different hair of head models

how do I get the demo?????
