Why only 1920 x 1080 resolution? If I choose 2550 x 1440 or another, resolution returns to 1920 x 1080.

First problem - fonts in polish version missing.
Second problem - I can't take "hidden package" from big statue inside building, nearby hideout, close to stadium(arena), north-west part of map. Tommy is blocked by a "invisible wall". Stays a few steps from package and nothing...
Help me. Please...
