I'm looking forward for this mod, anyone knows the released date?
I have downloaded ACW 3.4.1 Patch and ACW 3.4. Does it needed to download and install other ACW versions or is it enough with the last ones?
Congratulations for the new update. We're still waiting for the final released xD Keep going! How left?
So as I can see, the ANZAC campaign will be included and released as an expansion in a forthcoming patch. ok.
Thank you for the info.
I agree with you. I complained once about that and I think it should be a tool for those who wants to do large scale battles/missions because it is really impossible to coordinate an attack without having high casualties. It bothers you have a mass a soldiers that you can't control and do a proper attack.
I bet that this mod will be released in summer 2014 with 100th anniversary of the beginning of WWI. I hope to be mistaken. Anyway I wish you good luck!
Saludos a todos los compatriotas del grupo!
Are you going to include The Russian Civil War? I think it is the most important conflict shortly after the WWI in the world.
What's your mod about?
I have found out this web site on the internet with pictures and statistics of tanks and vehicles from the WWI to modern times. I want to share it with you. Enjoy it!
I agree with you.
Why have you included only 4 nations for singleplayer mode and 5 for multiplayer? I ask this because I have noticed that you have included the Austro-Hungarian army for multiplayer mode only. Why don't you include Austro-Hungary for singleplayer too?
Are you going or are you planning to include the Bolsheviks for the russian campaign or as expansion mod about the Russian Civil War?
Another question, how many armies have you already tested and how many left?
A priest? Are we going to save souls on the battlefield? xD
How leff to release this mod? Good luck!
I have noticed that you have been designated with the name "Galicia" when you refer to "The battle of Galicia" instead of Galitzia, more accurate. Anyway the term is right but I think it should be correct it to avoid any misunderstanding with a region in northwest Spain.
It's great to see people making mods from "modern" conflicts. Keep going! WWII has become very repetitive and it is time to change it completely.
One thing I hope from this mod is the fact to have modern urban stuff available to make maps with the map editor.
Voted for Mod of the year!! Good luck!!
Congratulations to the mod team for this awesome advance because this silence the rumours about this mod. I hope the next update will be the final release. Keep it up!!
If it is possible is a good idea.
is it possible to make a patch for MoW:Vietnam including vehicles and guns that you are going to include in your mod?
Sorry what I mean in the last post it isn't necessary to make a new game exactly when there is other to improve.
It is really necessary to release a new game. Only adding new items or units to MoW Vietnam it would be enough. Anyway, once started this game finish it!
I want to know if you are going to include Mule 106 mm Recoilless Gun? It was widely used during the war specially in Hue.
is it true? the mod will not be released until 2014??
good, varied and detailed scenery stuff that's what I really want for MoW:Vietnam. You can make accurated maps with the map editor. That's what I really miss from MoW:Vietnam.
and what about the mod, how long have you been working on it?
This unique tank was operated by the US Marine Corps from 1953 to 1969. Built by Allis-Chalmers in Milwaukee, it filled a requirement for an anti-tank vehicle light enough to be transported by landing craft or 1950s-vintage transport planes.
The six 106mm recoilless rifles were mounted to a rump turret that traversed 40deg either direction. A total of 18 reload rounds were carried inside the vehicle. The guns had to be reloaded by hand, exposing the crew. Above the recoilless rifles were fixed .50cal spotting guns; they fired a special bullet that flew the trajectory of a 106mm round and left a smoke puff on impact. A single 30-cal heavy machine gun was also carried in the turret for AA and anti-infantry use.
The advantages of the Ontos were it’s low cost , simple maintenance, and ease of transport. The disadvantages were a high profile and the unsatisfactory reloading scheme. As Soviet armour design advanced, the recoilless rifles became less effective. A total of only 300 were built.
Combat usage: US Marines used the Ontos heavily in Vietnam. The 106mm weapons could easily dispatch the T-34 and PT-76 tanks of North Vietnam, in addition to bunkers and buildings. A single Ontos often served as a “rally point” for USMC infantry units. It’s light weight and sturdy design allowed it to be used in swamps where the larger M-60 tank bogged down. It was very well liked by USMC units. However, in the interests of commonality with US Army equipment, it was retired in 1969.
That's What I want to see in MoW:Vietnam. A recoilless rifle as well as trench stuff.
I'm not sure if the F 117 was available or entered into service during the Vietnam War.Maybe more accurate could be the SR 71 than the F 117
Ok,I've understood it!! thank you very much.
Has this "game" a map editor?
