a) dihybrid cross : hybridization using two traits with two alleles each.
Law of independent cross: The principles that govern heredity were discovered by a monk named Gregor Mendel in the 1860's. One of these principles, now called Mendel's law of independent assortment, states that allele pairs separate independently during the formation of gametes. This means that traits are transmitted to offspring independently of one another.
Test cross: Crossing an organism with dominant genotype to a recessive homozygote for a specific phenotype in order to determine dominance/recessiveness of the unknown genotype and the pattern of inheritance based on the phenotype of each progeny

2. I’m assuming it is dominant. The plants have the genotype Tt. The other genotype of the plant must be either Tt, or TT, because it is tall. If it was a short pea plant, it would have the genotype tt, because it is recessive. If they were to reproduce, you would do a Punnett Square.
