Read the instructions on the github page it will tell you how to play New Arsonal 6 in english. You can download the english translation and everything else you need in the github relase page Github.com

You cant just put the files in the right place and run the game exe. The Translation tools come with a dumper and injector.

You use the dumper to get files into gamedata if you want to mod them, You use the injector to play with modified files "for example english translations"

I use the loader.bat file to launch New Arsonal 6 but you got to edit the file. Open the bat in notepad and it will tell you what the edit

I am playing 6 right now in English, some stuff is still in Russian it might not be if I used used the program to re-translate I might get some more into Russian but so far it is good enough for me to be able to play, mind you they are not great translation.
