there's a piece of foliage that is blocking my progression on the latest version any help?

Well the target leads to the exe and where everything is installed and yeah it's just half-life not a mod or anything custom

I did everything to activate the console, command line parameters, deleting the secure 1 line and all. making sure it has a space and is outside the quotations and still nothing. i don't understand what i'm doing wrong. am i pressing the wrong button? i tried ` ¬ # and ~ but nothing happened.
