Did you stop your server before replacing the original server.dll in the /hl2mp/bin folder with the one from the shellshock zipfile?

Sounds like the mod isn't even running. When you look at your server in the Steam Master Server Browser (List) do you see Gametype as Shell Shock or HL2 Deathmatch?

- Bow shoots faster, almost instant - very sweet. We're still working on the reload time speed.
- ss_pistol 0 and ss_shotgun 0 now functional.

Those commands will only echo information back to you if you precede them with the "rcon" variable. So you need to log into RCON first and then try em.

If you're spawning with a shotgun that shoots really fast then the mod is definitely working. Did you use our server.cfg file with it?

Hi George,

Put the server.dll over top of the existing server.dll in the /hl2mp/bin folder.

Then put the server.cfg in the /hl2mp/cfg folder.
