Oh dear - its really quite straight forward...

Unreleaseed mods - You cant be top 5 upcoming mods more than once - otherwise some mods that never release would just sit on top of the list for ever. Makes sense to me. Get on and release then win MOTY.

Released mods - If you placed HIGHER in previous years than this year, for example FH2 that placed 5th i think last year you are removed from the list. PR placed 2nd last year, so not higher than 1st this year. I don't really see the point in this, but it is straight forward and transparent.

Well Done PR - thoroughly deserved

New models, texutres, maps - sounds like a mod to me and if mostly done by one guy then even better. Congrats on winning, ignore the idiots - i guess what the dont understand is that in L4D the campaign/map/story is the gameplay. I'm looking forward to having a great new campaign on the best, most innovative game out there currently.
