If you want to tell people you have an idea, go to gametoast's forum and place a post in the official mods / maps / character requests post. :| But really, everyone has lots of ideas and those who have modding experience have the ideas that actually mean something. They will not help you make your own dreams come alive, expecially such an utter crap one.
