I working on my third mod first release mod. Go check it out it's a Fallout 3 Halo conversion mod called Halout 3.
Maybe Commander Shepard should be an addon for the mod. I know that sounds a bit odd being it's a mod based around Mass Effect, however the addon would allow players to download the Male or Female version of Commander Shepard while still restricting the gameplay to only allow one.

The original plan was to make a whole new world map, however we might be able to get the same outcome by just modifying the default map.
Fall of Skopje is still being worked on also, however it has a long way to go still until the first public Alpha testing.
I haven't tested if it works with FWE yet but it should. If it's not compatible I'll try to get a patch out that makes it compatible :). Right now I'm not installing other mods on my current installation of Fallout 3, because I don't want to have other random clutter getting in my way when working on Halout 3. With that said, before I release the next version of Halout 3 I'll put it through some testing with some of the other most popular mods to make sure everything works fine.
I go to Ohio Connections Academy, my last day was yesterday :D. I'm now officially on summer break, meaning I'm now returning to where I left off working on the mod.
Some bugs still need to be worked out, but I'm attempting to make an optional version where you play as an Elite on the Covenant side. Your goal will be to take over large areas of the map and secure a foothold for the main Covenant forces. So far however I'm having trouble getting the player model to handle correctly.

I'm unsure what is causing the A-wing crash but I'm looking into it. As for the ODST its working fine on my end but I will do more test and see if I can fix the issue your having.
Check the method I say to fix it in the description and let me know if it works :).
This is a bug I have been battling with since the start. I have yet to find the source of the crash so I advise using the mod AFTER you have done everything you need to in the citadel. You can deactivate the mod if you need to really get something done inside the A wing. What's interesting is if you reactivate the mod while in the A wing everything seems to work just find until you leave and try to reenter it.
Everything you need for the mod to work IS included. Just make sure ALL ESP and ESM files that come with the mod are activated and it should work fine :).
To be more specific it's being made on the Cryengine 3 SDK. It will not require Crysis or Crysis 2 to be able to play it. Fall of Skopje will be an entire new game just made in the same engine Crysis 2 was.
I can not confirm all of them are ripped and the ones I can I am sill deciding if we should use them. Either way Microsoft would sue us if we sold it and it wasn't the real models from the game. They would sue us simply because it uses the basic storyline of Halo and the same characters.
Sorry to disappoint :P, still required some research though. When you launch the Cryengine 3 SDK that is the default skybox but the landscape is completely flat and empty.
We will discuss this further in a team meeting.
Probably not, I understand Cryengine 3 is also out for the 360 but I'm going to be making this with the PC version so I'm not sure if it can be converted.
Since the other update is out I will tell you, the game is not Fallout 3 :D.
There is a fleet of covenant assault carriers so one might be hidden behind the branches :). The main thing no one said is "It's not Fallout 3" everyone was looking for stuff in the picture but did not guess that this was taken in the Cryengine 3 SDK. This is basically the first screenshot I released of the new game that's replacing this mod.

No problem :). And yes got now you can use all the covenants weapons but that might (most likely will) change for the single player campaign. We will be making it so your more limited to what weapons you can use so it feels more like your really fighting for survival and don't feel like your an overpowered superhuman with unlimited ammo :P.

It will take place on Skopje, there is not a lot of details about if Skopje has only one Moon like Earth or not so I imagine its up to the imagination. We will be deciding how many moons it should have (if any at all) later on.
This is not using the energy sword from the halo weapons mod, it is a melee weapon in this mod. Be warned, if you see an Elite with one stand clear because if it gets up close most likely you will die :P.
I think I will have to look and see what textures are missing. You could fix it on your end if you download all the mods and files I've used to create the mod but I don't think that is very practical. Can anyone else confirm that the textures are not working?
Adds UNSC Marine armor to the UNSC and Dragonskin armor to the Rebels. It will also add Covenant weapons to the Covenant. Covenant weapon stats have been modified so Elites are now easier to take down. That being said they are still a tough fight!

I does need Fallout 3 for you to play it and you need to have the ESP and ESM active when you launch Fallout 3 but if you don't want to play with the mod anymore simply disable the ESP and ESM files and the game will return to normal :).
Maybe you can ask the guys that do Movie Battles 2, as they have make working flame throwers for the Mandalorian class in their mod. Although the mod is also multiplayer so I'm not sure if the MP scripts are any different then the SP ones.
Thanks :), this may be a temporary set of marine armor because I'm about to get some better quality marine armor from another modder.
Possible they will be playable in an addon, but for the main mod their just going to be enemy NPC's.
The image on the left is the texture. I should be able to change it fairly easy now so Grunts can also have red and yellow styles of armor.

Not really many plans for resizing right now, I'm working on separating the head and arms from the body model. Once I have the head, arms, and body all separate models I can start to use them as the player model and it should look normal then, I hope... If it still looks short I can modify the legs or body as needed.
That is a good idea however there is already a mod that makes Earth look more like the Earth while playing Mothership Zeta so my model would not be of much use. See I'm thinking something bigger like a space battle or something where you fly in a ship and attack a covenant fleet kind of like the space mission for reach. I could make Earth a addon for the mod for people with Broken Steel. Like after the main campaign on Reach you can get a mission that takes you to earth.
lol this is the same elite model used on the Super mutants and completely unmodified for use as a player model. I figured I would just see what happens if I used the unmodified model and well this was the sad outcome lol.

Is normal Lily there? Elite Lily just turns Lily into a Elite so there should at least still be a normal Lily if it's not working.

This should fix the issue why the demo was not working but if it doesn't let me know asap and I will look into whats going on.
Since it break the rules of Moddb to post files for other games on the mod page for Fallout 3 I will need to make a new mod page for the Lily conversion but I know a lot of you will like it so I will get the files together and have this little mod up in the next few days. :)
Thanks, this was a test for New Vegas but the same texture and mesh is used in Halout 3.

Hi guys can someone please tell me if they see a elite just call Elite that looks like the textures are messed up? It might look like it have camouflage armor, it should be blue... I think I never put all the texture files into the beta folder before I zipped it and uploaded. If you can confirm this for me I will happily upload a patch to fix it.

Elites brush their teeth every night before bed. :) They have to look good while taking over the galaxy.

Yeah there's shadows it's just the way it's laying plus I think that's when I was doing filming so shadows are set low to keep my FPS up.

lol I will do that before the release but I wont promise all of them will be renamed it took me about a week to find everyone so it may take as long to do it again.

Well better with a late reply then never. I have a mod called "Fallout Reanimated" I believe is the name. And that's the hip fire pose so it should look different in the vanilla version.
That's correct all Super Mutants other then overlords from Broken Steel will be changed however if you have Broken Steel the overlords are renamed to help them fit in the halo universe.

Well I can't take all the credit for the UNSC armor I have permission to use some models from other moders. This is one of them I just placed it in the game however I will be touching it up and making new colors. I was thinking like blue with red shoulders or something. Anyways glade you like it. :)
