Here's a serious suggestion, as it would be a great shame all your hard work would end up wasted.
Copyright is copyright, and this mod is all about Westeros, so I wonder if it would be possible to adjust the names to something else than the original character, a bit like Premier League footy teams were in ProEvolution Soccer when they had no licenses.
It is mentioned GRRM possibly drew some inspiration (and there's nothing wrong with that) from the War of Roses, so do consider changing your mod so that it does not violate Westeros.
Here's my quick 0.02 (just making up as I type)
Mod name: Roseswar
House Lannister: House Lancaster (duh)
House Stark: House York
House Tully: House Tilly
House Targaryen: House Margerie
And so on... We can call him names and what not but since GRRM does own the copyright, it is within his right to use it.
