Here is the solution for the "Python27.dll missing" problem:

1. Go to the main drive disk (the one where your operating system is installed), and right there (not in program files or anything like that) there is a folder called "Python27" (you can search it going to start-> search programs anyways if you can't find it).
(In my case, that would be: "C:\Python27")
2. In Python27 folder, you can see there is a file called "Python27.dll". Copy it
3. Then go to the folder where you installed Desura, in there there is a folder called "Commons", and in there there is a folder called "Damned". Paste the "Python27.dll" file inside the "Damned".
(In my case, that would be "D:\Varios\Desura\Commons\damned")

That fixed the problem for me. PM me if you need further assistance :).

So developers: The problem is, you have to have the "Python27.dll" in the damned folder :)
