I have the 1.05 patch update for the EAW, however the 1.1 english mod will not launch. Any other suggestions. Thanks

Downloaded, used the .bat file, does not launch. Tried manual copy to files however none of the mods works. Still plays as EAW. Any suggestions? I have tried it 2 times now. I played it about a year ago and it rocked, my son and I wanted to try it again, with the upgrades is sounds sweet.
