They will not, all the units switched to steel helmets, you dont want your officers to have "SHOOT ME" signs´on their heads do you?^^

Just a little hint:
No one was fighting with a gas mask on, breathing through these was hard, aiming even more. They were put on until the gas grenades stopped dropping, then disbanded.
