Is normal that Sid and Sakharov(haven't try with the others traders) pays more for mutant parts than Butcher? Seems that now Butcher is the worst option for selling mutant parts

should be the same, I haven't changed anything of that, if you are using master of the blade,butcher skills or a higher tier knife, durability decrease will be lower(dead air's default), anyways lets see if some one else has the same problem

For no auto hiding weapon you need to disable animations the default key is "]"

Yes, you can delete the folder named eng inside gamedata/configs/text/ but i dont think that's necessary, you can change the language in game settings, anyways you will be missing some texts
