first, you download gtasa_20101105.zip file in bttfhillvalley.com download page and download it. finally, you just coppy salimits.ini in the zip file to your gta sa folder game . All done D:

u just download gtasa_20101105.zip in Bttfhillvalley.co.uk. Then click Source Code 20101105 and download it. Finally, you open the zip and coppy salimits.ini to you folder gta sa game
