Woo i found an escalade v nice but how do u turn a dff file into a vcm 1 i have the 2fast2furious mod thats v good 2 n this 1

i have had this mod b4 n its good,i have seen n drivin alll these cars accept the enzo <8:2> so if any1 know's how to or wer it is let me pls

whats a dff file do n a txd file i have downloaded an car not a VCM n i want it in the vice city game does n e 1 no how to i have put the dff file n txd file in folder's nothing happend or do i have 2 look in a certain place???????????????
