You write in the path box the exact path to your GTA IV folder. By default, this is "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\" for retail versions and "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV" for Steam versions. Bear in mind that if you are running a 64-bit operating system that it might be in the folder "Program Files (x86)" instead of "Program Files". I hope this helps :)
