restricting their weapon addons and turrets general upgrades would be enough for game option "no turrets" ("Restriction - no turrets" or "Addon - no turrets")

Hello! thank you very much for your efforts and another excellent patch!
Heres a suggestion all people whom I know support - another game option for starting game - "Addon: no turrets".
Totally optional just as other addons/restrictions like "no aircraft" or "no nukes", I'm sure its codable

What is dead shall never die, but rise again stronger! I hope modders will take all new options from new dlc, including life focus mechanics and nomads
