Which ones?
The ones that really caught my eye were Galaxies, Great Clone War, ST Dominion at War, and Stargate SG1. I love Star Wars, Star Trek, and Stargate! I particularly love the Clone Wars and Yuuzhan Vong Wars eras of Star Wars.
Hey can I try that Yuuzhan Vong War Mod?
I haven't worked on the Vong mod in a while, so I don't know how playable it is. Right now I'm working on the Stargate mod since I found this. Moddb.com

How playable is ST: DAW, Galaxies, and the Great Clone Wars mods?
ST: DAW -- Only skirmish, but I don't think the factions weapons are balanced too well. The AI doesn't work at all in GC.
Galaxies -- Still need to complete land part of the mod.
Great Clone Wars -- Don't remember, it's been awhile.
