If lord gets imprisoned by another go talk to the lords wife and say "Is there anything i can do to win your favour" then wife tells you about her husband bla bla, after that you should get mission in Notes, go to city where the lord is imprisoned and take walk around streets and go find Dungeon then talk to Police who is standing front of the door. You should be able to break him/her out from the jail.

Yup, i conquered United States of Balion and New Albion. New Albion has town called Banfftown there is still that one lord inside it and i cant do anything.

master_copypaster, i would entirely remove scandinavia since they remained pretty much neutral and replace them as France.
