Description
changes so far:
- Tesla Tank buildable (as you can see)
- Side bar now 3x4 like in Uprising
- Harbringer buildable, but attack locomotor still jerky
possible in the future:
- all uprising units
- slight balances issue
- put one more faction (maybe revamped yuri, but no mind controls)
- experiment if dozer build method can be applied in RA3 (clue so far: soviet engineer)

If your gonna do a new faction, you cant have power protocols, just so you know.
So if you want that revamped Yuri, perhaps you should get rid of the Japanese/EoTRS.

thats what im doing for my mod temporarily, but im not adding a new faction
im making the protocol tree into different upgrades, which lead to a super unit unlock(three different columns, one for building upgrades, one for land/navy, one for air) working on allied air ones right now, just have to code them, all my ideas are done
