Even tho they indeed only have 2 legs per say id rather classify wyverns from dragons on size and intelligence, the skyrim dragons being able to speak their own language and being roughly the size of a house or two.
Even if they were wyverns theyd still market them as dragons haha who gives a **** about wyverns anyway rite
