Are you trying to play on a calculator? I was able to play this like 7 years ago on a computer with less than a gb of ram and onboard video.
Its probably more likely a compatibility problem
I mean the system requirements are pretty much "have a computer"
Windows 98, 2000 or XP, DirectX 7.0+, 1.0GHZ Pentium or AMD based CPU
