This is for SoA2 1.3 +
It makes all the cap ships actually get better when they lvl up.

It changes a few ability's around and make heavy cruisers better at fighting the Borg.

I cant be the only one that thinks the Borg are solid and almost unbeatable at certain points in the game.

This is just to help the other races in there struggle.

Does any one know how to fix the Call the battle ability for the Klingons?

It works but it spawns 2 larger birds of prey but the textures are half missing.

And u can build a anti module ship from the start with out the need for research. This ship was wrong spawning the broken bird of prey with out the right textures. I copied the the txt from the kron file and put it in the anti module file now it spawn the right ship but is also missing some textures.

I am working on making all the races better equipped for fighting the Borg.
Star bases can actually slow down the borg.
Heavy Cruisers and Utility ships have greatly increased shields so they dont get assimilated so quickly and have added/changed some ability's to make them better at surviving the Borg.

Here is the files for Shield and weapons increase for all races Capital ships except the Borg.

This might be a bit much, I had a game and owned with 2 of these ships.
I have made made a few changes my self.

Federation battleship increase in Armour Hull Shields Weapons
Romulan battleship increase in Armour Hull Shields Weapons
Klingon battleship increase in Armour Hull Shields Weapons
Dominion battleship increase in Armour Hull Shields Weapons
Borg Assimilation increase in Hull only small amount

I thought it was unfair to only upgrade the Federation ship
Now all factions have a better chance of surviving a Borg attack.

I will post when i play with them all and make sure everthing is ok.
