neighbor working grib a nav mesh bounds volume and go to the logic file and get a neighbor house, the neighbor house means if you go in the area of the neighbor house he is able to chase you, click the neighbor,find neighbor house option and select your neighbor house, to get him moving extend the nav mesh bounds volume to where you want him to be able to go if you do all that correctly you will have a working neighbor
