Get over it! The mod is dead, first of all they dont have a web site, second: Last Updated:12m 12d ago and third: How in all that is is real, can you have released something that is 0%!? Fourth: If it WAS released AND they made a mistake on the percentage, dont you think there'd be a download link!? SO just forget about this mod, sure you can ModWatch it just in case it comes back, but otherwise forget it. Nice concept, but sadly, this mod is DEAD. That about sums it up...

1st of all... Neo: Read! It says UNREALEASED! that means no download. 2nd... Gargantua: GTA: Liberty City is NOT a New York mod, it's a mod which converts VC into GTA# but with the new engine. The thing is: GTA3 is BASED on NY. I think this is more of a 'real' mod. Anyways, good luck with the mod! I'm looking foward to it!
