I get the same exact issue for a few other models. It's a problem with ZETools, although some people I know deny it. But I'm almost certain it's a ZETool problem since when I had Pandemic tools working this never occurred. I followed everything by the book which is a rare thing for me to do but I still get the issue.
I think ANDE will fix it soon since I think it's related to Marth's Collector model leg weight issue.
I just now read this, sorry I missed it before! Thanks for your input. Yeah that does make sense. It looks like ZEtools only supports 1 bone per vertex. I thought using -softskin in the .option file would help but It had no effect.
