Thanks :D I used a trial version of windows blinds to install the skin... however I uninstalled it to try and get a crack for it (the crack failed) and now I can't get on the download link for the trial again -.- the page cannot be found apparently :L I've already changed my wallpaper anyways haha I had this epic orange skin ^.^
